  The customer service at this sprint store is exceptional. The manager, the sales reps, are awesome. All of them are ready to help and answer any questions you may have regarding your phones, your bill,etc. This Sprint Store should be the go to sprint store for everybody in Rockland, Northern New Jersey, Westchester, etc.

  Great customer service! I went into the store with my wife out of frustration because of billing and phone issues on her account. A representative named Alex was very professional in handling our problems and he actually ended up fixing our bill to make some room for an upgrade and I thought that was very nice of him. Another representative named Connor or Colin was pleasant to have conversations with while our phones transferred information.. I would highly recommend coming to the store.

The guy is a crook, he refused to give a refund for a defective product that he sold- he was the rudest nastiest man ever! Not a Rockland County person, a real scum bag! AND its not even a real sprint store, Sprint says they have nothing to do with them. I think they just sell refurbished crap. Dont go there unless you want to get screwed.....
