Mi experiencia he de decir que fue 100% satisfactoria. Realize un pedido que debía entregarse en 48 horas. Hubo un problema con el envío y tras hablar con una persona muy amable de la empresa ( no estoy seguro de si su nombre era Frank o George ) se comprometieron a subsanarlo y hacer entrega del pedido en menos de 24h como efectivamente así ocurrió. No solo eso, sino que para compensar el error inicial, nos regalaron un lomo ibérico buenísimo y aumentaron el peso de la pieza de jamón inicialmente pedido. Como decía 100% de buena profesionalidad y 100% de buen servicio al cliente. Top!!
