Interesting place, good to park. Went to the top of the light house. Good views of Manhattan. Well worth the trip.

Another nice beach around new jersey... should go here with complete preparation..can spend entire day here and this beach is quite safe too

Sandy Hook was a lovely Park down the Shore and very clean place to visit! We had a great time!

Beach pavilion B...wide expansive beach...2 or 3 entrances from lot to the beach. Only negative? I cannot understand why they don't have a season pass entry lane to the park. You are forced to sit in a painfully slow line of cars purchasing daily admission just so you can flash your season pass and have them wave you through. Make a season pass entry lane, PLEASE! ????
