  I had a smaller project, needing a few shirts with my business logo on them, and decided to stop by Initial Encounter Embroidery. Every person there was very helpful and friendly. Their responsiveness was most impressive, reaching back out to me within hours to give me a price quote. When the shirts were selected, they were able to finish the shirts and I picked them up the next day. Much sooner than I imagined and am used to where smaller projects are less of a priority and get pushed behind the bigger projects. All of my future printing or embroidery projects will definitely be done by Initial Encounter Embroidery!

  If I can give this place 10 stars I would!! Extremely friendly, helpful, quick and professional. I had to make some last minute adjustments and they made it happen. Thank You again!! Highly recommend this place of business.

  I received a monogrammed fleece zip-up for a bridal party I was in, personalized by Initial Encounter, which is my favorite go to jacket on a chilly day! The staff is super friendly and offers countless ways to personalize items for a great price!

  I own a small business and brought my work shirts in to have them embroidered. They were able to match my old shirts with no problems.

  I went in with 5 robes that needed to be embroidered for my bridesmaids with only 9 days left to go before the big day and Initial Encounter made it happen with one day turn around. They were very humble and really helped me pick what would work best and they all came out beautiful. Not to mention the affordable price. Can't wait to post the pics. Very nice group of people!
