  Great staff and the rooms are always clean. Can get busy and slow during rush hours but otherwise it is fast and friendly. The pool is nice and family friendly.

  The Park Ridge Marriott is a beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. Everything for my wedding weekend was perfect. They even sent both of our parents a bottle of wine to their rooms to celebrate. Just awesome. Thanks for a great weekend!

  Very friendly staff. Beautiful location. Food was okay. Room was a bit outdated. One reason to give 4 stars, not 5, is the crazy party going in the pool that the hotel staff couldn't stop. There were a bunch of very loud ladies in the pool area. They had their own loud music on, eating pizza from outside with their almost grown up kids while a few other people quietly were swimming. Some of those ladies seemed drunken, yelling at each other and at their kids. They even let the pizza delivery guy walk into the pool. Hope the hotel could have a better control on such incidents.

  We've had two large corporate events here and it was great both times. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and well organized. Definitely would go back!

  GROUP EVENT/WEDDING ROOM BLOCK - We hosted a local wedding and all of our guests (us included) came in from out-of-state. The group sales team fielded a thousand questions from us, managed our needs beautifully, and most importantly, offered reasonable rates. We couldn't have imagined nicer accommodations and all of our guests were nearby within the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, modern, spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views. The indoor/outdoor pool was delightful and warm - we loved it! The suite offered great space, a huge conference table, comfortable seating, a kitchenette, and an extra bed, if needed. The staff were exceedingly helpful, attentive, accommodating, and gave us the run of the place. We felt like we were their only VIPs there, even though they were hosting several other wedding parties. The setting is gorgeous, the lounge was great for socializing, Sean O'Casey's was good for late night bites, and the room-service was timely and delicious. We couldn't have imagined a better experience. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
