  The best place to workout in West Orange!!. The staff is truly helpfull, especially my shakes guy...Marcus! Ask for him.

  I do not hand out five stars willingly but I am at a loss to find the things I don't like about this facility. Before joining, I thought it was too small but I have since come to appreciate it's size far more than the larger gyms I have had memberships. The equipment is well-maintained, the facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and responsive. For example, at another West Orange gym, I had commented to a trainer, who was literally playing solitaire, that all the paper towel dispensers were empty. Rather than using the phone in front of him, he advised me to "yell down to the front desk" and let them know. Conversely, every time I brought a concern to ANYONE at Retro, front desk, trainer or managers, it was dealt with almost immediately. Most importantly, in this environment, I have finally lost the weight, and 4 inches off my waist, that I had not at the other two gyms to which I belonged. Thank you!! So, yes, five stars.

  Great place to workout!!! Friendly staff and see Marcus if you want a protein shake. He makes the best shakes!

  Well, despite the fact that it can get really really crowded at times, and I still can't get over to the fact that I can't but the gym earlier than 5 in the weekdays and 7 on the weekends, I love my gym so much. They have all the equipment necessary, staff is great and the place is just perfect.
