  The pastries are very good, worthy of 5 stars on the quality alone. The lobster tails are tremendous, crunchy exterior with a perfectly balanced creamy interior. A must try!

  Visiting relatives in NJ, they brought pastries and I died and went to heaven! I'm Italian, 100%, old school all the way. This flashed me back to my childhood. The cannoli and the lobster tails were flaky, creamy and amazing! The cookies were buttery and light, with just the right amount of chocolate! Can't wait to try more!

  I’ve hesitated writing this review for a few years because we wanted to keep this gem of a place to ourselves, but I see the secret is out! Do yourself a favor and just go. Everything is delicious, fresh, and homemade. The lobster tails are to DIE for (our family has given up having birthday cakes in lieu of a bunch of lobster tails set up to look like a cake with a candle stuck in the middle! Yes, they are that good). We have been to Italy several times and every time we eat a pastry there we look at each other and exclaim “it’s better at Palazzone!”

  Friendly staff. Prompt service. Many choices for pastries, coffee and espresso. Reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lobster Claw one of the best to try.

This place is worth the extra effort it takes to get there. The pastries are fabulous - I usually don't even like canolis but could live off the ones here. The cakes are all beautifully created. Palazzone 1960 definitely puts the other italian bakeries in the area to shame.
