****EDITED**** After speaking with the project manger, KBS agreed to handle the trash situation and a couple of other issues that came up. The kitchen is finally finished and it looks wonderful.

In the process of a kitchen remodel with this place and not happy at all. The quality of the work seems to be ok but they move at a snails pace. I have tenants in my home at the moment and they tell me that the contractor will go a week or more without coming by. Work was completely halted for a week and I did not find out about it until I asked why and they told me they had to add on $4,700 in unforeseen work. I don't really have a problem with the added costs, because I believe them to be legitimate, but the communication is awful. I have asked repeatedly for the days they will be there, what will be completed on which day, and an estimated date of completion and all I get is "We're sorry" and "be patient" Absolutely unacceptable. I was told this would take 6-8 weeks including the time it takes for the cabinets to arrive. I ordered the cabinets on 7/12 and the work has still not been completed.
I was also told I only needed a dumpster for one week but of course that was not the case and now I have a huge pile of garbage that needs to be taken care of which is going to inevitably cost me MORE money to rent another dumpster and hire someone to haul it away. They blame the dumpster service because the service was late arriving to the house but that's not the problem. The problem is that their crew decided to go home and not begin demo AT ALL when the dumpster did not show up on time. They could have began the demo and put the stuff in the dumpster later but ignored my suggestion to do so, and then didn't even show up until 2 days later, wasting precious time. I asked if I needed to extend the dumpster but did not receive a reply until after COB on the day the dumpster was to be removed.
If you have all the time in the world, this place is good. If you want something finished in a timely manner, look elsewhere.

Excellent company. I saw some mixed reviews but I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen remodel. I strongly suggest you speak with their staff about the entire process of remodeling before you make a decision and get started with your kitchen. I interviewed many contractors prior to selecting Kitchen and Bath. They are by far the most professional and informative. They are the only company I found with online information about the remodeling process and they stick to what they say. Quality of work is great and they delivered as promised. Very happy! My kitchen turned out great and I love my Medallion cabinets. The quality of the paint is great and the design was perfect. Anytime I had a question Denise and Robert answered it. They saw to it that two damaged doors were ordered and replaced quickly and they were always very professional. They have a great vibe at the showroom and it shows in their work. I strongly recommend you visit.

I’m happy to share my experience about this company. I purchased my cabinets, countertops and construction from them about 3 months ago. Steve my designer was fantastic! He has a great eye for design and color and a great personality. Right down to helping me pick the paint color for the wall, I could always trust Steve’s decision and I can tell he takes true pride in his design. Thank you so much- Denise is wonderful. She helped keep me on track during the remodeling process and pushed to get my job completed. Thank you. Their contractor Eddie is a dream. He’s patient and professional and did an outstanding job. You all earned these 5 stars, my kitchen is stunning and you will see me soon for my bathroom.

Wonderful job! We are so happy with our new kitchen and bathroom. We first visited their beautiful showroom in December and began working with Mariana and Stuart. Mariana helped us design a beautiful new kitchen and powder room. Stuart visited our home and oversaw the entire project. They have a very inviting showroom and it was always a pleasure to visit and get input from the staff there. We love our Plain and Fancy cabinetry. Thank you to everyone involved at KBS
