  Gordon Waddell is far beyond any local trainer in knowledge, skill, and education! He is not a part-timer or student working their way through college. He is a lifetime health & fitness professional whose love of science, sports, and helping others sets him far above the usual gym employees promoted as trainers & coaches. I was suffering from crippling arthritis, and back pain. The medical system had written me off; too young for surgery they all said. I was offered assisted walking devices, pain management i.e. a life-time dependency on drugs! Under Gordon's tutelage and training, I have lost weight, got off all the drugs, and move around on my own, Pain Free!! It was a long, trying journey but he helped me every step of the way!
