  I have done my ACLS/BLS Combo renewal here twice and PALS here once and I have to say after 20 years of these classes I have never had a better instructor than Louella Dimapalis. She knows the material inside and out and explains it perfectly and in a very organized manner. By the end of the class you feel like you have a thorough understanding of everything. I can’t say enough great things about her teaching, she really does an amazing job. The facility is nice, classes are usually small so you can ask questions and get the appropriate attention you need. All of the equipment is clean, up to date and working. So glad I found this place, I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely continue to do my AHA classes here.

  I had to renew my CPR certificate. This was my first time at Dimapilis. Louella is a great instructor. She was very attentive and patient.

  I normally find BLS class boring but this class made learning fun. If needed, i feel i can perform CPR without question thanks to the instructor at Dimapilis Life Care.

  The class was very interactive, exactly what you would expect from an AHA class. I felt comfortable asking questions and received comprehensive well thought out answers. Overall, it was a great learning experience and I feel confident in my BLS skills.

  I thought the training was excellent. The instructor was very professional and patient. The small instructor to student ratio was really good because everyone was able to get individual attention and help when needed. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the rear of the building. I felt comfortable and confident that I could use what I learned after leaving the class. I would definitely recommend their training to anyone.
