  Breakfast was excellent. Staff was pleasant, warm, and considerate. Views were spectacular, and it has a fun feel to it. Our family enjoyed our meal and the experience. Food was out much quicker than we expected; seemed like no sooner did we order, than our food was at the table. Highly recommend checking it out.

  This was our second time there. All of our food was delicious and our server Carlos was spot on! We even met the owner and he bought us a round of drinks! Breathtaking views of NYC as well! The owner said that he will be starting Sunday Brunch soon as well as opening 24/7. The decor is a little funky and the menu has some of your basic diner fare as well as other entrees that you will find in higher priced restaurants.

  First chance I had to visit Chit Chat since its opening . It was a Nice experience as the food and the service were very good. Items were a little pricey but tasty. I really enjoyed the architecture and the interior designs. Had a 25 minute wait time before being seated which is pretty normal at a good restaurant. Good overall experience.

  1st time visit to this 'Over the Top', 'Never saw Anything like This' Diner, with a Spectacular View!! Alice thru the looking Glass Decor, black & white checked floor, striped fountain seats and Red & Brown Crystal Chandeliers, prove that someone has a Sense of Humor! Can't but Smile when you come in.
  I tried the Chit Chat Omelette with artichokes, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese & onions. Served with hash Browns or Grits & toast! I had the grits, and they were yummy with some cheddar cheese stirred in! Tuna melt & Veggie Wrap were also ordered & looked good. Hot Coffee was fine, but, I left room for dessert. Plain Cheesecake, and 3 forks to share! It was Absolutely fabulous, fresh, creamy & light with just a hint of citrus. An A+! Shout out to Billy our friendly waiter. Try the Chit Chat Diner, it'll make you ????!

  I had lunch there today with my wife and can honestly say that this place is awesome. It is very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly, the food was delicious and the service is pretty prompt. I definitely recommend it. And also a big thank you to our waiter: Victor. The service was excellent.
