  I have been to Excel in Oakland for physical therapy after both of my shoulder surgeries. My son was also treated after he broke his arm (elbow). I couldn't be happier with the quality of treatment that we both received. The staff was exceptional and the physical therapists were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them!
