When the Bluetooth audio stopped working in my seven year-old Mazda, I went to Auto Sound Specialists to install a newer Pioneer NEX unit with CarPlay, rather than replace the broken unit with the original older car audio technology. The new NEX unit worked great for the first few days, but then I noticed a sporadic issue with the back-up camera integration. I called Auto Sound Specialists and despite being on vacation, John immediately ordered a replacement unit and 48 hours later actually came directly to my home to reinstall the new unit (who still makes house calls these days!). Additionally, while swapping out the defective unit, he also installed a new (better quality) back-up camera.
Super impressed with the Auto Sound Specialists quality of service. I encountered an issue and they made it right (while they were on vacation and the store was closed). They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Awesome service and pricing. Absolutely amazing and attentive staff. I deal with John Sr. Whenever I need something done to my shop cars. He's not afraid to say no, which is very important when working on newer more sophisticated vehicles. If it's not a straight forward, non intrusive install, he won't compromise the reliability of the vehicle for entertainment. Great place, highly recommended.
