  They're professionalism and assistance bordered on kindness and I'm absolutely baffled. Helped me repackage my parcels when they didn't have to and reduced my shipping costs.

  All these negative reviews are from people who can't wait in line or be patient for any amount of service. The people here work hard to meet your needs at the USPS Great Neck Post Office. They are always busy and if your not there earlier enough, lines can be long and could take between 3-5 minutes depending on the person in-front of you. The employee's are very helpful and are quite nice to be honest. Just wait and be respectful an you will be treated the way you would like to.
  
  PS. If your just there to complain and be rude, they will ask you to move aside because there are other people waiting in line to be helped. Its common sense to help those who need help first.
  
  PS(S). Phone lines don't work well so the staff can't answer your calls all the time even if they are important. Just keep that in mind.
