  Working with Multicraft was one of the best experiences I’ve had using professional services provided by any company in any kind of service area EVER.
  
  I was fortunate enough to work closely with Arthur, the owner of the company from day one. Arthur is a top notch communicator and attentive listener which was absolutely a blessing because I had to coordinate the job he worked on for us from Chicago while he and his crew worked on the project in Queens. He won my trust easily with his character and sincerity which is not so easy to do when trying to coordinate a big job from hundreds of miles away without ever seeing the person you're talking to. He is also the ultimate professional and his professionalism trickles down to the entire crew at Multicraft as well. From the girls that help out with the phones to the crew that get the projects done, everybody was terrific.
  
  They were able to complete a full bathroom remodel, new roof, and replacing cabinets along with taking care of several other odds and ends in our basement within about a weeks time. The crew kept me updated by taking progress pictures and Arthur was also keeping me informed via phone, email, and text throughout the entire process.
  
  I am very glad we got Multicraft for the job. The professionalism, craftsmanship, price, project speed, and overall experience was truly exceptional. I want to thank Arthur and the whole Multicraft crew for their efforts on our project. I would highly recommended their services to anyone thinking about it and would hire them myself again without hesitation.

  What started out as a scary project that everyone else overbid on and couldn't assure salvaging expensive kitchen cabinets Multicraft had an extremely reasonable bid and a promise to repair and replace in a short time. Accomplishing that they came back after a drain pump out guy screwed us and cleaned out sewer I know it sounds dopey but you almost look fwd to next house problem. So Mticraft can come back

  I want to thank Multicraft fro doing a great job on my renovation project. They helped me purchase a "fixer upper" home and really got the job done. The house needed new electrical, plumbing, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, wood floors, windows, and a roof; and they got it all done in 6 weeks! I'm a very happy happy customer. God bless these workers!

  Absolute best contractor I have ever used! Greg came to my house and gave me an estimate on renovating my basement; I got a few estimates but Multictaft seemed like the company being the most honest in their pricing. We decided to go with them, and we are glad we did. In 3 weeks we had a fully renovated basement with a new bathroom and laundry room. It looks amazing! The workers were on time everyday and worked extremely hard. Greg solved every issue with ease and made it a great experience. We Wouldn't think twice to hire them again!

  I waited over five years to remodel my small kitchen. I need the kitchen to be functional, and modern. It was built in 1964. I met with Arthur from Multicraft along with other home improvements company. I chose Multicraft because they listen to my concerns. The kitchen was completed on time. Thanks to Arthur for his ideas. He was very professional, detailed, and about all a very attentive listener. He addresses all my concerns immediately. He constantly check in on his workmen. He was a pleasure to work with. From my positive experience with this company. I do not hesitate to recommend them for home improvements jobs.
