After having a very bad experience with ENT and Associates last year, I promised myself I'd never step foot in that office again. They had exhausted my insurance benefits, had me pay $300 out of pocket, and left my ears worse than before. I called Dr. Kardos' office and explained the situation and that I would like to be seen ASAP and I don't have insurance (since my benefits were exhausted). They offered to see me for $150 which would include the visit, evaluation, and all tests performed. I was desperate so I didn't even argue. WOW - the experience at the office was absolutely amazing. The front staff and Dr. Kardos were seriously incredible. They all seemed concerned. They were polite, patient, willing to listen, and took every measure to help me experience a better response from a real ENT facility. It was the best $150 I spent and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. I'm actually experiencing another ear infection as I'm typing this up and guess who I'm going to call? Dr. Kardos for sure!
Dr. Frank Kardos has been my doctor for over 20 years so I feel very comfortable in relating that he is the finest ENT that I have ever known. Dr. Kardos has a depth of experience and therefore is a phenomenal diagnostician. He has seen it all and can give the patient the comfort and confidence that you are in excellent hands when explaining the diagnosis. Importantly he runs a solo practice and is not part of some large group where you see different doctors or don't get that personal touch. Moreover, the staff has been with him longer than I have been a patient, and therefore are professional and warm at the same time. For all your ENT needs Doctor Kardos is a phenomenal choice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kardos for over 20 years. I've been seeing Dr. Kardos since I was about 4 or 5 years old for chronic problems with my left ear. I'm now 30 years old. Every other form of long term doctor/dentist/barber has been replaced (sometimes multiple times) during this time span. That should tell you something about how Dr. Kardos treats his patients. I've always felt I got the time and attention I've needed, whether it be during a check-up, an ear infection, or a surgery. During the past 25 years I've also been happy to see the same two mainstays of his office, Karen and Janice. Karen's daughter Katie has even grown up to work at the office and is delightful as well. Overall from top to bottom it's an incredibly friendly environment that will go above and beyond for you.
